General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Wildleaf & Wick. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Products All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Orders We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded.
All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. See our Return Policy for details.
Safety & Product Disclaimer Our candles and wax melts are intended for use by adults only. Always follow safe burning practices:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep wick trimmed to 1/8 inch before each burn
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Discontinue use when 1/4 inch of wax remains
Wildleaf & Wick is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use all products responsibly and in accordance with these safety guidelines.
Our room sprays are for household use only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes.
